Terms of Service 2019 Update

These are the terms and conditions of me doing any work for you. If you have questions about any of this, please contact me! Last updated: January 15, 2019

♥  I will draw a wide variety of art, however I get the final say on what is a yes or no for any reason.

♥  Prices will vary depending on the difficulty of the specific commission, if a character is excessively detailed, adding additional characters to a single image, or a sequence image/comic strip, etc.

♥  If you would like something changed about the image, let me know during the rough/line-art stage, if you want me to change something major after I've colored and shaded an image there most likely will be a charge for the extra work.

♥  It is your responsibility to respond to any messages I send you the first time.

♥  Paid commissions get priority over ongoing free events & gifts. Aside from that I try to keep everything in order of the date a commission was started.

♥  If your commission has a specific date it absolutely must be done by, tell me asap. Charges may apply for short term notices or anything that would cause me to lose sleep over.

♥  I work at my own pace overall, everyone has things going on in their lives, and I am no exception.

♥  Please avoid pestering me in unreasonable ways. You are more than welcome to ask about progress and see what I have, (if I have anything done). All progress images do not represent a final picture.

♥  If you need to cancel your commission for any reason, let me know immediately, I cannot guarantee 100% refunds if I have already made decent progress in your picture.

♥  I accept PayPal, and cash where applicable. Payment must also be paid in full by the end of the line-art stage at the latest.

♥  All my work at this time is distributed digitally, I do not work with anything physical at this time!

♥  You are free to re-post your art on any of your profiles, I simply request that you link back to my account with credit.

♥  I have the right to post any work I make to my portfolio, and I also have the right to not post it as well.

♥ If you wish to use my artwork for any commercial productions, there will be an extra charged determined on a case by case basis.

All these rules are in effect as of February 1, 2019

Art of 2018 [part 1]

Hello everyone, today I have a mix of some digital and traditional works, this is just about everything to date that is finished in most senses of the term, the sketches on paper sure have not slowed down at all, it is hard to keep up scanning them all in even! Personal life things have slowed me down a bit, but not completely stopped me!

Megaplex 2018 Logbook

Thursday, August 2, 2018
The journey began, Nocty and I departed from Bradenton, we acquired Demnyx in Lakeland and made our way to Orlando. On the highway we saw a moving truck on the back of another truck, funny sight!

We arrived at the Denny's near the DoubleTree around 1 P.M. and had a great lunch, I had a borger! We then got to the DoubleTree where we met up with Mariko and Acejam, our two roommates for the weekend.

Demnyx and I took a shower to clean up, later around 5 P.M. we checked into registration for the Con to pick up our badges, conbooks, and maps.

Later we ordered in pizza, I ended up eating a lot, and then we watched a Star Wars Chinese translation called "Backstroke of the West" which was hilarious! I considered staying up for the Jackbox Party event at 11 P.M. but chose snugs and sleep with Demnyx instead.

Friday, August 3, 2018
I got up for opening ceremonies, which started at 10am, fun stuff, basic info from staff to kick things off for the fun ahead. Then headed back to the room with Demnyx to clean up and prepare for my first fursuit outing of the con!

Did a short suit outing for the first time at a con with Feliks Kyrith, the Russian Domestic Cat. We had fun, and then later attended a panel for "Fursuiting in Public" which was nice and reminded me of a few key tips like remembering to always have emergency signals for your handler to get out of nasty situations

Considered attending the Box of Lies event but opted to get some food in the Sponsor's Lounge instead for some food. The food was provided by a lovely chef furry who worked so hard the whole weekend for everyone, he is too kind for words! While at the Sponsor’s Lounge we also ran into Calliope and chatted with her for a bit about life and the con and such.

We visited the dealer’s den to browse the wares available. I acquired some of my con haul today. We also went out for lunch, we went off to get food with Acejam and his friend.

After this there was some more fursuit fun and then later by 5pm we checked on the handler's panel which was run by the same folks who did the fursuiting in public panel.

We went around some more and later attended the "Help Desk Rant" panel which goes a lot like the "Anon works IT" videos on YouTube, of silliness in the IT industry and clueless clients who don't know a thing about computers.

From here I ran into DJ YNA in suit and showed it off to him in surprise, we talked for a bit and I expressed excitement for his upcoming DJ set at 11pm.

After this short talk Demnyx and I walked around the Ice Cream social pool party, we took a quick break for me to de-suit and went back for some ice cream and cake, we found Nocty in the pool and had a quick chat. After the yummy food we went back to the room briefly while I prepared for the dances.

I arrived at the dance in suit, (very kindly escorted by Demnyx), just in time to see DJ YNA start his set; I danced for a bit before getting out of suit to get some water, I repeated this process for a few times between YNA and Takum's set which took place right after. This was a great 2 hours of fun, after which I went back to the room to get some sleep, (and soon after discovering I tore up my shoes while dancing about).

Saturday, August 3, 2018
I got up around maybe shortly before 10 or 10:30AM so that I would have time to eat breakfast, today at 12:30 the fursuit parade takes place and I wanted to be very ready for it and the fursuit photo as well.

I met up with DJ YNA who was dressed up in his Guacamole fursuit, showing off a nice fancy speaker set he was using to speak clearly, it was very nice and had a cool effect on it, (I might consider one down the line myself, not sure though).

We went in for the fursuit photo which took quite some time to setup due to the number of fursuiters going beyond the expectations of staff and filling the ballroom to the brim. There were a couple of younger girls in fursuit who were complaining an awful lot about how long things were taking, and apparently between photo takes one took off their head to be "funny" though I did not see them because I did not want to move and ruin the photo. From the photographer's view Guac and I would have been standing around the back righthand corner of the photo, (probably buried in the crowd, lots of cute suits everywhere).

After the photo was finally finished being taken the fursuit parade began, we exited the ballroom and went through the dealer's den, then out and down some side hallways inside before going back into the ballroom. I heard many complain the space wasn't long enough for a lot of the crowd later, which makes sense with how short the path was, especially since the dealer's den was mostly empty aside from the dealers at tables, big missed opportunity with that huge room. The parade was nice though and Demnyx even got video of the whole thing in two parts due to a sudden stop to part one (see video for reference),

After the parade I went off with Demnyx and got some food at the lounge, we then wandered around and cooled off before checking out a writing panel on "plot and characters" at 4:30 PM, it was interesting, although very bare bones basic in my opinion, and didn't get too far off the ground within the hour.

After a short stop at the lounge, we stopped into the aviation meet for a short time. After realizing we had nothing to add, Demnyx and I left to wander.

We later got to the art jam, I drew a bit at the table and met KaiserTaylorProducts, had some chatting and drew for a while and more people showed up. Afterwards Demnyx told me he didn't like it because he felt too out of place there, but it was his choice to follow me I suppose, maybe in the future he can try some drawing?

After this we went back to lounge again where I was contacted on Telegram by someone who had owed me a commission from last year's Megaplex. I went to see them and after a long explanation of why things ended up the way they did, I in fact got my commissioned badge, and I was very happy that after all this time the artist was honorable to finish their work.

Roo3k hosted an awesome dance set on this night and it was super fun, I danced in suit and didn't even realize the time fly by from the fun. I hung around after his set to talk outside the ballroom with my DJ friends and on a recommendation, stayed around to watch Cosmick play his DJ set too, it was also a fun mix of music. I later went back to the room and had a good sleep.

Sunday, August 4, 2018
Got up late, slept in and eventually got food, even arriving around 12 noon we found breakfast food to eat in the lounge which was great.

I considered going to a panel around 1:30 but chose against it in favor of hanging out, going fursuiting and having fun.

Later around 7pm was closing ceremonies, introduced the new theme and the new venue for next year's Megaplex, (very fancy)!

Afterwards Demnyx, Nocty and I rounded up a few people (8 of us total) and had a raid on Denny's for food. Afterwards we came back victorious and hung out some more, overall a slow end to the con.

Last thing we did before sleeping was play "A Million Dollars, But..." outside the dance room, it was a fun and great card game to play, lots of laughs into the night!

Monday, August 5, 2018
Get up out of bed last, very sleepy. Check out by 11AM; Nocty, Demnyx and I visit an Irish pub for the second year in a row for our new post con tradition. Took Demnyx home and showed his mother my fursuit, it was silly.

Nocty and I went back into our town and we went our separate ways and I purchased new shoes.

END
This concludes my summary of the Megaplex 2018 weekend, I feel it was a big improvement from last year, more organized and more fun on a personal level too, more social and less panels, but I like it this way. If some things are mixed up or wrong timeline wise, I do apologize, it was an awesome weekend overall and remembering every epic detail is a bit hard now.

Some of the awesome people I saw during the weekend include:
NoctyFolf Acejam iiidnaiii jolenesnowpaw Takum roo3k ezdbud (Also Demnyx who doesn't have FA)
